Bible studies
Our ultimate goal is to fulfill the great commission (Matt. 28:19-20) by creating disciples and teaching them the whole counsel of God, and the best way for that is for Guatemalans to reach Guatemalans. You can provide prayer and monetary support to equip our partners in Magdalena for costs associated with courses, books, and bibles. Small group bible studies provide a way for people to engage in biblical community that helps them become more like Jesus in every area of their lives. (Acts 20:20).

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), contaminated drinking water can transmit diseases such as diarrhea, cholera, dysentery, typhoid, and polio and is estimated to cause 485,000 diarrheal deaths each year. For a little over $40 you can provide clean water to a family as a reminder that God can satisfy their thirst and guide them into the everlasting. (Isaiah 49:10)

Housing
Improved housing conditions can save lives, prevent disease, increase quality of life, reduce and poverty. For approximately $3000, you can provide a life changing reminder of God’s provision and goodness. Eternal Impact employs local tradesmen to provide the panels we use for houses, and short-team teams (with people like you) can put up a house in as little as four hours to provide the family with a clean, peaceful, and safe dwelling (Isaiah 32:18).

education Assistance
The United States Agency for International Development, USAID, reports on average Guatemalan children attend only 4 years of schooling and 3 out of 10 students graduate from the sixth grade. Education in underdeveloped countries helps assist with poverty reduction, and improving health. With education, more people will be able to secure better paying skilled employment and health outcomes will improve across nations. Many in Guatemala are forced to drop out of school at an early age due to a lack of finances to pay for schooling, uniforms, and books. Your donation can provide scholarships for grade school through university students. If interested, you can form relationships with those you sponsor and improve not only the lives of the individuals but also their families and communities. (Prov. 22:6).

Scripture tells us that when we reach out to help “one of the least of these” we are expressing our love for the Lord Himself: “I was hungry and you gave Me food” (Matthew 25:35) Your donation provides basic necessities such as rice, beans, oil and other essentials to provide those in need and to remind them of the goodness of God and an opportunity to share the bread of life provided through Jesus Christ.

General Donations
When general donations are made, every dollar is used to meet needs that we believe to be the most pressing. Examples include milk for babies, shoes, clothes, medicine, etc.
